Lost parcels must be reported within 20 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 28 days of the receipt of the product. You have the right to a full refund within 28days without being required to send the product back.
Before sending a product for return or exchange, customers must contact the company to obtain a return merchant authorization number (RMA). Instructions on returning your product, along with shipping and refund information will be provided at the time.
